 | Franjo Frančič Angeli, demoni in kurbe
Branje je enako dihanju, spanju, hrani. Vedno sem si želel napisati knjigo, ki bo kot reka. Odprl bi katero koli stran in lahko začel brati. Knjige in ženske.
Franjo Frančič
Franjo Frančič was born 1958 in Ljubljana; he lives and works in Istra. He is a poet and a writer with impressive opus that counts more than ten novels, just as much works of short prose and four poetry collections and besides that his work in children and youth literature, radio plays and dramatic texts should not be neglected. In 1984 his debut Ego trip was published, and was followed by Domovina, bleda mati, NE, Jeb, Istra gea mae, Trkaj, trkaj na nebeška vrata, Ledeni ogenj resničnosti, Hipo, Kam se skrijejo metulji pred dežjem, and other. In the last three years fifteen of his works lived to be translated into English, German, Serbian, Slovakian, and Albanian … From the accompanying text
If we wanted to approximately position this work into a literary space we might place it next to those western artistic works whose goal is not to inspire with beauty and perfection but rather to demythologize such attributes of excellence, to give us something to ponder on and to offer us a possibility of self-questioning in the meaning of personal and socio-system thought.
